Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how ArcRelay Ops LLC ("ArcRelay Ops," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our platform (the "Service"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
2. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed in your browser. Similar technologies can include local storage and other browser-based storage. They can help keep a signed-in session secure, remember a setting, or help us diagnose an error. Some of these technologies may process information that is personal information under applicable law.
3. Technologies We Use
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Authentication, session security, account access, requested integrations, and remembering your cookie choice. Clerk may set authentication and security cookies when you sign in or sign up. | Always active because they are needed to provide the Service you request. |
| Functional | Browser storage may retain a display preference or temporary in-progress work so a feature you use continues to work as expected. | You can clear this storage through your browser settings; some features may stop working properly. |
| Diagnostics | When enabled with your permission, client-side Sentry diagnostics and Microsoft Clarity help us identify application errors, performance issues, and usability patterns across the Service. Clarity records interaction data; content in signed-in workspace and field-app screens is masked. | Optional. Choose "Accept diagnostics" in our banner to enable it. |
| Advertising | On public marketing pages, Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising effectiveness and build advertising audiences. Meta may receive online identifiers, browser and device information, and information about your interaction with those pages. | Optional. Use the "Opt out of advertising" choice in our banner or footer settings. We also honor a supported Global Privacy Control signal by disabling Meta Pixel. |
4. Cookie Choice Record
We set the first-party arcrelay_cookie_consent cookie after you make a selection in our banner. It records whether you selected essential technologies only or allowed diagnostics, and expires after one year. This cookie is necessary to remember your selection.
If you opt out of advertising, we also set the first-party arcrelay_advertising_opt_out cookie for one year so we can apply that choice on future visits.
5. Managing Your Choices
You can change your selection at any time by using the "Cookie choices" link in our website footer. You can opt out of advertising there at any time. We honor a supported Global Privacy Control signal by disabling Meta Pixel on public marketing pages. You can also manage or delete cookies and browser storage using your browser settings. Blocking or deleting essential cookies may prevent sign-in and other parts of the Service from working.
Meta's handling of information it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy terms and settings. We do not use Meta Pixel on signed-in product, workspace, or authentication pages. Microsoft Clarity is available across the Service only when diagnostics are enabled, and its handling of information is governed by Microsoft's privacy terms.
6. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top shows when it was last revised. For questions about this policy or your privacy choices, contact privacy@arcrelayworks.com.
